Simply Resurrection!

Can we become someone else?

Yes and no. We can change names, thoughts, even chemical identities, yet;Can we discard old DNA, and then find new?

The writer of a Psalm says, “My substance (DNA?) was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.” Psalm 139:15-16.

Perhaps a key lies with the words, “Thine eyes.”

When God sees, it is in omniscience. His “seeing us” is what makes us somebody.

If I exist in the mind of God, I truly exist. I’m in a book written. If I do not exist in His mind, can I still exist?

No, or–only in hell-likeness. Would we agree?

Maybe an aspect of hell equates to forsaking one’s existence-principle; an impossibility, but still present in a mind or heart. Frankly, a hell-of-denial is already present for some.

The paining panic is when folks treat others as hell-creatures, or vice-versa. If someone views a person as a non-entity, they can contribute to the “hell” of him or her. This oppressor must also see their self as Hades-bent, for how would they know of it? Can they know of it without knowing what it is? I think so. We must tell them.

In the case of an atheist, God does not exist in their mind. For them, “out of mind” is enough to prove that God does not exist.

Problem here; their mind does not create as God’s does; from nothing. O yes, a man can create, but never can one generate beyond the present set of created things. Man is finite. Ex-Nihilo is for God only.

So, while God can potentially blot a man’s name out of His book of life, man cannot do any blotting out of God.

When God puts man out of mind, by the way, it is only in compliance with man’s choices over much time. He is not willing that any perish. Wait a minute.

I don’t mean to scare; in contrast to the book of life, we also have the “Lamb’s book of life” in Revelation 13. None can be blotted out from here. This second book records the names of those who have confirmed their existence by becoming “brand new creatures.”  These have simply added to their DNA a fresh quality –-resurrection life. Yes, a life superior to their other has super-ceded their identity. This life had no beginning nor will it have an ending. It has the quality of “eternal” and John 10:28, confirms this.

Do these in the Lamb’s book of life, then, become someone else? Yes and no. The original person of God’s making remains, but Christ’s resurrection has made this unique-one, unique forever.

It’s you, O precious one; it’s you that is the object of His now penetrating gaze of love.

It’s you that can now come forth from your grave, chains removed, and now step into who you really are!

The dying of our Savior has blotted out our transgressions from the the Father’s mind. Isaiah 43:25.  What is blotted is “the former manner of life, the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts.” Now, put it off.  Blank out what is lying about who you are. Put it away. “Be renewed in the spirit of your mind.” “Put on the new man, which, after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.”

Do you count man’s viewpoint a big deal? Paul didn’t in  1 Corinthians 4:3. Friends, stop the analysis, the opinions, the introspection and self interpretation.. God’s work of redemption is not up for discussion and opinions do not determine our God-given status.

God’s eyes see complete. Simply, use your eyes to affirm His re-created “you.”

Resurrection has come!Our true existence!

If my tiny mind differs from God’s, remember, God creates from nothing.

God’s Creation stands in the forever. Let God be true and every man a liar!

Lets fix our gaze on the One who carried our sin away. His broken body substituted ours, His burial removed pre-redeemed you and me from sight. His resurrection raised us heavenward to unending life. Enjoy your new DNA. Love ya
