Dreams of falling are quite common — Off cliffs, buildings, down ravines. I just reviewed five web-pages of over 100 web-sites which claim to give the meaning of  the “falling” dream. Psychology, Astrology, Christianity and even Hollywood all weigh in. Seems to be an obsession with the meaning of “falling” dreams. In contrast, the Bible teaches in Jude 24,  ” (He)… is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy” What’s up? Blaise Pascal observes the condition of natural man: Inconstant, bored, anxious. Young people he describes as: all noise, diversions, and thoughts for the future. He says: “We think playing upon a man is like playing upon an ordinary organ. It is indeed an organ, but strange, shifting, and changeable. Those who only know how to play an ordinary organ would never be in tune on this one.…

Like a River dam or lock, We must manage the flow of grace. This includes That flow coming into our house, and then the flow going out. This is our stewardship . This is spoken of in 1 Peter 4:10  “As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.” I must first learn how to receive grace, but not in vain. The reason?  Grace is based never on the receiver, but rests in the open hand of the Giver, God Himself. It all depends on the vicarious atonement of Christ. Precious people look inward and discover…

Many are failing the grace of God, forsaking their diligent looking, and allowing for a troubling root of bitterness to develop, defiling many. This is written in Hebrews 12:15. Yes a lot of believers are spineless, but David was not. In 2 Samuel 12:20 it says “Then David arose from the earth, and washed, and anointed himself, and changed his apparel, and came into the house of the LORD, and worshiped: then he came to his own house; and when he required, they set bread before him, and he did eat.” The verse above culminates a former lusting; a wandering eye in a time of weakness, and an affair. Then, it was followed by a denial, a woman’s pregnancy, a panic by all, and a husband’s murder. Not done yet, we see a cover up, a chastening by God, a rude awakening by David and acknowledgement of sin; his repentance followed that,…
