Romans 5:3-5 explains, ” …tribulation worketh patience; And patience, experience; and experience, hope. Tribulation is the opportunity for development of these qualities. Patience is simply “abiding under.” “Experience” is translated “approved, tried character, a proof, a specimen of tried worth.”

In closing, perhaps we think we make too much of our inward faculties. Beloved, hope artificially induced through medications has an uplifting feel . It elevates the mood. How much more should we expect Our Comforter to work hope in the cells of our bodies. Folks Holy Spirit produced hope removes disappointment, removes the mechanism of despair. It displaces hopelessness. It creates excitement, comfort,
” What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? “Romans 8:31-32
